AQT is a Windows application, but can be run in Linux.
Both AQT v8 and AQT v9/v10/v11 have different technical environments; AQT v8 is written in Visual Basic V6, AQT v9/v10/v11 were written on Visual Basic .Net.
At this stage, we have only succeeded in running AQT v8 in Linux. For a description of this, see Running AQT v8 under Linux.

Note that if you are licensed to run AQT v9, v10 or v11 you can also run AQT v8.
