If you try and display a Date value of 0001-01-01 the grid will get an error and will highlight the cell in red with a flashing error message.
This problem arises from the fact that the grid is unable to display a date of value 0001-01-01. This is a bug with the grid which we have raised with the developers of the grid.
You cannot display a date prior to 0001-01-01 as the Microsoft .Net environment will not regard this as a valid date.
The only resolution to these issues is to go to Options > Display Options and either:
