Some users have encountered the following error when attempting to connect to a database:
Processing error at do_conn The type initializer for 'Syncfusion.Windows.Forms.Edit.Implementation.Config.Config' threw an exception.
This error indicates that there is a serious problem with the .Net 2.0 Framework used by earlier versions of AQT.
This can be corrected by running the Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool. This can be downloaded from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30135
Note that on Windows 7 and Windows 8, the .Net 2.0 Framework comes as part of the .Net 3.5 Framework. You will not see a separate entry for it on the Windows Installed Components.
